Yes, we can transfer any non-geographic number from most telecoms companies, for which a form must be completed.

Yes, all numbers are free to cancel at any time.

| 7 | Can I terminate the number on to a mobile?
Yes, but you will be charged a mobile call rate on top of the standard inbound call charge. eg 0800 call to O2 mobile will cost 4p+9.2p=13.2p per minute (BT charges 25p)

Yes, but it costs £15 per number and takes 24 hours.

Yes, we apply a minimum charge for 0800/0845 of £1 per number per month.

| 11 | Termination number
Non-geo numbers can be terminated on lines provided by any UK network (NTL,Telewest, 02 etc) and even mobile numbers. No new lines are needed.

| 12 | Billing
All numbers calling your non-geographic number are itemised (except for the last 3 digits due to data protection) and calls are rated per second on your monthly bill. Terminating numbers on to a mobile will incur a mobile call rate charge on top of the standard inbound call charge. eg 0800 call to O2 mobile will cost 3.5p+9.1p=12.6p per minute (BT charges 25p).
