1How much is 1Gb usage?
1Gb usage cap is plenty for normal use. You will only breach this limit if you are downloading large video/music files on a daily basis. You can change to an unlimited package at any point.

2What equipment is required?
You will need an ADSL modem that connects to your computer's USB port, costing £23.50 (incl filter box).

3Switching from existing broadband provider?
For seamlessly transferring your existing a/c, you will need to phone your existing provider and ask them to give you a "MAC Key". On the switch date you simply change your login username and password.

4Can the connection be shared between 2 or more PC’s?
Windows software allows the broadband connection to be shared with other computers.

5What security can you offer computers?
Resource can present you with free antivirus & firewall software.

6Is there a contract term?
There is a minimum 12 month contract for both the broadband connection & line rental.

7Can I have broadband on any line?
No, it must be a BT analogue phone line. ADSL will not work with ISDN, BT Highway, PBX lines, Featureline, Red care, BT Video stream or BT datastream.

8How long does it take to set-up?
New activations or transfers take 5 working days.

9What is the contract duration?
There is a 12 month contract and you must transfer your BT line rental over to us (charged at BT rate), so you only have one point of contact and one bill.

10Existing broadband user

The broadband package includes a 2Gb (excl. VAT) usage cap, which is plenty for normal use, after which we charge £2 per Gb. You will only breach this usage allowance if you are downloading large video/music files on a daily basis. If you regularly go over 1Gb you can change to an unlimited package at any point.
