| 1 | Is there any difference between line rental through BT and Resource? There is none - Resource takeover your BT line without changing any of your existing set-up or services. The only difference is that you receive discounted line rental and services.

| 2 | Will I still get correspondence from my previous provider?
While you're waiting for your line rental to be transferred, first you will get confirmation of your decision to change provider, then you'll receive a letter acknowledging that you are leaving and a final invoice.

| 3 | Does this service apply to all BT lines?
No. Resource can't transfer featureline, Home Highway or lines with BT Call Sign.

| 4 | What if there’s fault on my line? Resource use the same BT fault repair system with access to all BT’s engineers and backup.

| 5 | Will I get a refund from BT? You will receive a cheque back from BT for the line rental you have paid in advance to them.

| 6 | Can I get other services? Resource supply all of BT's select services except for BT Prompt & Total Care packages.

| 7 | How long does it take to set-up? Transfer of line rental takes 10 working days and new line installations take 4 working days.
