| 2 | I already have a mobile contract, can I still join? Yes, as long as you have seen through the duration of your current provider's 12 month contract. Pay As You Go phones can be taken over straight away, but will need "unlocking" from your current network.

| 3 | Can I keep my old number? Yes. Simply phone your current network provider and ask for “PAC number” (Porting Authorisation Code)

| 4 | How do I connect and how long does it take? You keep your existing handset and we simply send you a new SIM card in the post. Connecting takes 2 days for new numbers & 10 working days for people keeping old numbers.

| 5 | Can Resource provide me with a new handset?
Resource do not supply new handsets, just cheap airtime packages. We do have some ex-rental handsets at £25 (please call us) otherwise you will need to buy a “SIM free” handset.

| 7 | My handset is locked, is there anything I can do? Yes, you can either use an online unlocking website such as www.modifications.net or contact your current service provider to unlock your handset.
