1How do Resource route my calls?
Using CPS (carrier pre-selection) which means you don’t need smart boxes (no more call leakage) or PBX programming – BT will route all calls via Resource at the local exchange.

8What are non-geographic and premium-rated numbers?
They are numbers that do not specify the physical location of the number being called. For example, if you were calling an 0121 or 0161 number you would know you were calling numbers based in the Birmingham or Manchester area.

9How do Resource keep their rates so low?
Resource buy bulk usage from several major carriers, including BT Wholesale. We use the most advanced technology available to route calls through the system allowing us to obtain the best rates from those companies at all times. Our level of efficiency and low overheads contribute to the maintenance of our rates. Resource rates are generally stable, and although can change, usually this would be a reduction.
